AutoGnome, LLC (“AutoGnome,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to the AutoGnome website, mobile experience, and related services (the “Platform”).
If you are a California resident, please see Section 7 (CCPA) for additional rights. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, please see Section 8 (GDPR) for additional rights and our legal bases for processing.

- Device & browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, and device identifiers.
- Location:approximate location inferred from your IP address. If you grant browser permission for precise location (used for “Near Me” search), we use your coordinates to return relevant results but do not store your precise location persistently.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6 for details.
2.3 Information from third parties
If you sign in using a third-party authentication provider (e.g. Google), we receive the profile information that provider makes available, such as your name and email address, subject to that provider’s privacy settings.

- Create and maintain your account and deliver the Platform’s features.
- Display and index business listings in search results and on the map.
- Facilitate appointment scheduling between users and businesses.

AutoGnome uses Algolia Insights to track search interactions (clicks on results, conversions to bookings) in order to improve search relevance. This data is associated with an anonymous user token — not your account email — and is used solely for relevance optimization.
